THE CHALLENGE
Gigaclear was on a mission to provide fast, dependable broadband to homes across the UK. Searching for efficient ways to raise brand awareness and increase customer acquisition, Gigaclear reached out to Hurdle &You for specialist support.
THE APPROACH
To tackle this challenge, we designed two DM packs alongside a self-mailer with two unique creative concepts. Our DM pack’s featured; a reverse envelop, 4-page letter with and without a tip on card boasting exclusive deals to encourage first-time recipients to sign up.
We also altered Gigaclear’s self-mailer from a 6-page roll-fold leaflet to an 8-page leaflet, with a letter to the homeowner appearing on two of the pages to make it more informative and relevant to recipients.
THE RESULTS
Our first family-themed DM pack increased response rates by a remarkable margin, and our astronaut-themed DM 4 page letter pack received a 28.3% response rate increase when compared to previous mailing formats – demonstrating out-of-this-world results and showing how direct mail produces unparalleled results.
