BACKGROUND

Habito is an award winning mortgage broker. They are the largest online mortgage broker in the UK and are continually developing and launching new mortgage related services.

THE CHALLENGE

As part of their extensive mortgage service portfolio, Habito developed and launched a proprietary ‘Buy-to-Let’ product. Hurdle were tasked with identifying residential property landlords with multiple properties.

THE APPROACH

Using commercially available marketing data sourced and processed within the GDPR guidelines, Hurdle identified UK landlords with three or more residential properties. Working with the in-house creative team a responsive direct mail pack was created and sent to prospects. The result was an uplift in enquiries and new Buy-to-Let customers.
