PawSquad is a marketplace that connects pet owners to Pet care providers (vets, trainers, breeders, nutritionists) over multiple touch points. The goal is to make pets healthier and happier by improving the way pet care is delivered.
Recruited vets in various communities can only cover a specific radius from their point of origin. Therefore, a solution was required that would allow a targeted approach to raise awareness and encourage the use of service from pet owners within the communities.
Using geo-demographic targeting, pet owners within the radius of service were profiled and identified. An elaborate direct mailer was then sent to prospects educating on the birth of Pawsquad and some of the main benefits.
