Seers offers businesses an extensive range of cyber security & data protection compliance tools, all designed to make complying with the new GDPR & ePrivacy regulations far easier.

THE CHALLENGE

In a market suffering from GDPR fatigue and confusion, Seers set out to notify businesses of their potential non-compliance and in turn acquire new customers. Hurdle’s challenge was to ensure that the quality of the pack reflected the professionalism of the brand and the seriousness of the message created by Seers.

THE APPROACH

The direct mail pack created was deliberately hard hitting and officious looking to create gravitas surrounding ‘non compliance’. The pack was targeted to small and medium businesses in sectors where digital policy is image critical.
