Founding Managing Partner
Started his career in Media at Haymarket Publishing working on Campaign and Marketing Magazines he grew up in direct marketing working for one of the lifestyle data pioneers in the mid 90’s.
In 2002 Andrew founded Orca Media which offers clients a variety of data lead marketing services and has an enviable client list including many large media network agencies and their clients. Andrew is an active member of the DMA and is fascinated on what happens next to data and the direct marketing industry based on proposed EU legislation.
In his spare time (which is not a lot with three young children) Andrew enjoys cycling and swimming, regularly taking part in triathlon events throughout the summer months. He plays golf and tennis and is rather partial to a good Bordeaux.
Founding Creative Partner
With over 30 years experience, Stuart is a creative who delights in bringing ideas to life with true commercial awareness.
He has art directed advertising and marketing campaigns for some of the world’s best-known consumer and business brands, such as Epic Games (Fortnite) Paddy Power, Nike, Umbra, Vodafone, Lloyds, Porsche Design, IntraLinks, FootLocker, Skoda, British Airways, RyanAir, Air Canada and PWC.
In the mid-90s Stuart played a key role in setting up and running a new breed of satellite design studios for some of the largest advertising agencies in and around London.
Stuart, is also Founding Creative Partner of Pink Wafer Limited, a Creative Marketing Agency, which helps established businesses, SME’s and start-ups break new ground.
Paul has over 14 years’ of experience in marketing, specialising in start-ups and successfully growing them into major players in their respective markets. Since starting his early career, working for a venture capital backed Credit Card company, Accucard, bought out by Lloyds TSB, he’s had a passion for start-ups ever since.
From Ancestry.co.uk, where Paul was the third person to join UK team, responsible for building out country specific marketing channels and the teams needed to help set the company up for future success, to MOO.COM, where Paul led the charge across all of the Marketing helping grow the business through multiple new product launches, countries and to over 200 employees.
Another keen tri-athlete, in his spare time you’ll fine Paul taking on some form of sporting challenge and shouting about his obsession – #totalhealth or #totalfitness
Strategic Creative Head
Ian Harrison is a advertising and marketing communication specialist with particular skills in campaign development & creative implementation – the result of many years working across a broad church of business sectors, customer types (B2B, B2C, D2C), media (traditional and new) – above, through and below-the-line. He has worked extensively within big agency environments – most notably McCann Erickson – building teams and managing departments across local, EMEA and Pan-Global regions. He has also been founding partner of his own agency concerns. Noteworthy clients include: Nestle, Opel, IKEA, Hilton International, Zurich, American Express and many more.
By his own admission, Ian is ‘philosophy-lite’, preferring just to get on and generate great ideas that deliver positive outcomes. Ian’s super heroes include: David Bowie, Muhammad Ali, Nelsen Mandela, anyone in a Spurs or Saracens – and his two Nans.
